Return information

Customer Service is number one. All products are packaged in boxes and bubble envelopes. The packaging depends on the amount of items you order. You will receive tracking for your items. We offer shipping insurance, which we suggest if you have consistent issues with missing USPS or UPS deliveries. Each of our shippers will supply us with recorded photos of deliveries. If you don't acquire shipping insurance and there is proof of delivery, but your package is missing, the shipper and shipping company will not be held responsible.

Any Damaged items, which will be highly unlikely due to the strength of our items, Short of  being crushed by a forklift or vehicle. However in the unlikely event of damage, simply email us at Hello@ST3Hullaccessories.com immediately and you will be instructed with further return information and an Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will exchange any damaged items. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7350 Talona Drive STE E Melbourne FL  32904 for insurance purposes.
When we receive your damaged item return and the insurance is authorized, we’ll send you a new replacement for the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and no RAN, will not be accepted for replacement

We have a 60-day return policy, for any of our products that are defective due to manufacturing defects. Simply contact us for defective items by phone, simply call 321-467-0759 and we will get your issue handled.

To be eligible for unwanted item returns contact us. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@ST3hullaccessories.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7350 Talona Drive STE E, Melbourne FL 32904. All returns will need a RAN (return authorization number), if this number is void, a return will not be valid. By not acquiring a RAN number, the customer agrees that they will not be refunded for said return.

Foldable cup holders that have been crushed by closing the jet skis front storage bin lid is not eligible for returns. We have tested the results of accidentally closing the lid with several different types of beverages and it doesn't end well for the cup holder and the jet ski.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
