Bin Lid Disclaimer — Folding Cup Holder (Sea-Doo ST3 Hull 2018–2026)

When the ST3 Hull Folding Cup Holder is deployed and in use, the storage bin lid will not close completely. This is an inherent characteristic of the product's design and is intentional. By purchasing and using this product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Open Lid During Use: The storage bin lid cannot be fully closed while the cup holder is in the deployed positions. This is by design and does not indicate a defect or malfunction of the product.
  • Operator Responsibility: It is the operator's sole responsibility to ensure that all cup holders are folded and stowed flat and the bin lid is fully closed before operating the vessel at speed, in rough water, or in any condition where an open bin lid could pose a safety risk.
  • Intended Use: This product is designed for use while anchored, beaching, or wading — not while the vessel is underway. Use of the cup holder while the vessel is in motion is at the operator's own risk.
